Who we are

Car Accident Doctors Group is the accident-injury practice of Dr. Carol McNamara-Krauss, a Florida-licensed chiropractic physician (DC), license CH5281. It is a chiropractic practice. It is not a medical doctor's office, an urgent care center, an emergency department or a law firm.

Scope of practice

Dr. McNamara-Krauss examines, treats and documents musculoskeletal injuries within the scope of chiropractic practice under Florida law. She does not make emergency medical condition determinations under section 627.736, Florida Statutes; those are referred to a physician, osteopathic physician, physician assistant or advanced practice registered nurse. Head injuries, fractures, internal injuries and surgical conditions are referred to the appropriate emergency or specialist care.
