Effective September 2026. This policy covers caraccidentdoctorsgroup.com and information you give Car Accident Doctors Group ("the office," "we") by phone, form or in person. Health information you provide as a patient is also protected under HIPAA and the office's Notice of Privacy Practices, which you receive at your first visit.

What we collect

Information you submit through the patient or attorney forms: name, phone, email, the date and description of your crash, your city, a law firm's name and details for attorney referrals, and your consent to be contacted. Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and the page you arrived from, including campaign tags in the URL, collected for attribution and site security.

How we use it

To call or text you back about an appointment, to schedule and coordinate care, to communicate with the attorney you identify, to bill your PIP carrier, and to understand which pages and campaigns bring people to the office. We store form submissions in our customer relationship system.

Text messages

By checking the consent box on a form you agree to receive calls and text messages from Car Accident Doctors Group at the number provided, including appointment reminders and occasional updates. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of treatment. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or consent with third parties for marketing.

Sharing

We share information with your PIP carrier and with the attorney you identify as needed for your care and claim, with service providers who host this site and our systems, and when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use analytics and advertising tags that set cookies to measure visits and conversions. You can block cookies in your browser; the site still works.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information online.

Changes
